今日は、日経クロステックNEXT 東京 2024で「『建設×生成AI』の最前線と将来像」を受講しました。その中で、Vitruvius AIが紹介されていました。Vitruvius （ウィトルウィウス）を私は知りませんでしたが、ローマ帝政時代の有名な建築家だそうです。 　Vitruvius AIは、AIが3Dプリンタ用の住宅設計をしてくれるソフトです。いくつかの質問に答えると、その条件にあった外観イメージと平面図が生成されます。試しに適当に答えを入力したところ、返ってきたのが左のスクリーンショットです。入力を始めて5分もかかりませんでした。 　一昨日発表されたノーベル物理学賞に続き、昨日の化学賞でもAIに関わる研究が受賞の対象となりました。最近の生成AIの影響力を考えると当然の流れかもしれません。

ISO/IEC27001規格改訂について

　ISO/IEC 27001は、2023年10月25日に国際規格 ISO/IEC 27001:2022として正式に発行されています。今回の改訂では、規格本文（要求事項）に関して重要事項の変更はありませんが、附属書A※1の管理策が大きく変更になっており、ISMS（ISO 27001）認証を取得している組織では、適用宣言書※2やマネジメントシステムの見直しが必要となります。
　認証を受けている組織は2025年10月までに2022年版へ登録を移行させる必要があります。
　改訂に関する必要な情報を得たいというだけであれば、JNSA主催のYouTube動画が内容も充実しておりお薦めです。（セミナーへのリンクはこちら）

Toranomon Hills Station for the first time（日本内部監査協会の賀詞交換会に参加）

I went to the Japan Association of Internal Auditors' greetings exchange meeting held at The Okura Tokyo. I once worked at Toranomon 3-chome for about two years. I went to the venue from the newly opened Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line, and was surprised by the transformation of the surrounding area. I could meet face-to-face with study group members who I had only met online, as well as friends and acquaintances I hadn't seen in several years, and I spent some meaningful time with them.

JAPAN BUILD ―建築の先端技術展―　新たなキーワードは「脱炭素」

　JAPAN BUILD ―建築の先端技術展―では12/13-15の日程で、建設DX展など8つのイベントが同時開催されました。今回から「建物の脱炭素EXPO」が新たに加わっています。
　折りしもUAE＝アラブ首長国連邦で開かれていた気候変動対策の国連会議、COP28は13日に閉幕し、焦点となっていた化石燃料について「脱却を進める」ことで合意しました。
　国内の建設業に目を転じると、脱炭素に向けた取り組みが業界全体に広がっているとはいい難い状況です。LCCMなど脱炭素に関連する十分な知見を持つ人が不足していることも一因です。一連のイベントを通して自分自身の取り組むべき課題も明確になったように思います。

「建築・都市DX人材育成プログラム」に今年も参加

　東京大学の「建築・都市DX人材育成プログラム」をテーマにした寄付講座に、昨年に続き今年も参加しています。今日の技術セミナーでは興味深い話を数多く聴くことができました。
　点群データは、光を照射して距離を測定する測量方法（LiDAR）を用いて取得します。それがどんな物体を構成する点なのか、AIやBIMを活用して分類する技術は、東京大学生産技術研究所特任教授／建築家の豊田 啓介 氏も、燈株式会社代表取締役CEOの野呂 侑希 氏も取り上げていましたが、この１年でずいぶんと進化してきていると思いました。
　野呂氏は４年生として東京大学の松尾研に在学中とのことですが、堂々たる説明ぶりに100人規模の社員を率いているのも納得です。

江東区環境検定を受けてみた

　2050年までに温室効果ガスの排出量を実質ゼロにすることを目指している江東区が環境検定をオンラインで行っていたので、ためしに受けてみました。制限時間は30分で60問（二択）を回答します。それほど難しい問題はありませんでしたが、次のようなあらためて問われるとドキッとする問題もありました。
・1901年から2018年の間に海面はどれくらい上昇したでしょうか
　　　A 1cm B 20cm
　今年の夏は異常に暑かったです。豪雨災害も多く発生しました。９月になっても暑い日が続きます。真剣に対策に取り組む必要があるとあらためて思いました。

Visited Seikado Bunko Art Museum（国宝の曜変天目茶碗をじっくり鑑賞）

The photo (Saber, Celemonial sword, presented by Queen Victoria to Goto Shojiro) was introduced in the NHK news, so I checked the museum's website. Unexpectedly I found out that the national treasure Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl was on display, so I decided to visit. Many "inro" made in the Edo period were on display. I was overwhelmed by the exquisite craftsmanship of the time.

　今年のGWは遠出せず、本を読んだり、新たな英語学習法に挑戦して過ごしました。読んだ本は、「GEのリーダーシップ ジェフ・イメルト回顧録」です。16年にわたりGEのCEOを務めたイメルトが経験した成功と失敗、そしてGEが直面した課題や変化を詳しく説明しています。技術的な話から組織論に至るまで内容が盛りだくさんで、学ぶべきことがたくさんありました。たまにはこういう本をじっくり読むのも悪くないと思いました。
　英語は毎日ワクワクしながら勉強しています。学習の成果はあらためて記事にしたいと思います。

白熱化するESG関連講座の記事が新聞一面に

　昨日の日経新聞夕刊一面に、大学院が設けるESG（環境・社会・企業統治）に関する講座に30～40代の社会人が集まっているという記事が出ていました。複数の大学院が開設しており、そのうちの一つは20回の講義で受講料が110万円とありました。自費で参加する人がいるということからも、関心の高さが伺えます。
　企業は、これまでの財務情報に加えESG関連のリスクや取組みを投資家に説明する必要に迫られており、ESGの観点が経営戦略に不可欠との認識が浸透し始めています。私自身もESGとも密接に関連するサステナビリティ情報など非財務の分野については、さらにスキルを高めていく必要があると考えています。

ESGアナリスト講座（基礎編）の修了証書を受領

　昨年の10月から3か月かけて、一社）鎌倉サステナビリティ研究所主催の「ESGアナリスト講座（基礎編）」を受講しました。ESG投資の歴史や全体像を18テーマに分けてオンラインで学びます。コンテンツ作成には各分野の専門家が関わっているので、内容は充実していると思います。目から鱗の解説がありましたし、全体を俯瞰し知識を定着させるには本で学ぶよりも良かったと思います。コース終了後には試験があり、それなりの緊張感をもって臨みました。年明け早々に修了証書が送られてきて、よいお年玉になりました。
